Just wanted to share this photo in anticipation for Easter Sunday.. she wasn’t a fan of the ears this afternoon so this was the only shot I got. But somehow it is just magical in that moment. She is 19 months going on 4 and climbing everything! You know she likes something when she says, Ooooooo, WOOOOOW. Loving you, miss Ella Chanel.

Well they arrived today… just in time for Christmas. These are the first copies of my sweet Ella’s coffee table book. It documents her first year from birth to one year celebration. And I can’t tell you how many times I teared up going through all the pages, and pages and pages of my love. She is the most beautiful, precious and sweet being I have ever experienced and I am so thankful to have this book to remember her as a tiny babe.

Some photographs just move me… this is one of them. I rarely showcase many portraits in black and white, but this one from a recent session is just stunning. I am so blessed to work with this sweet mama and I can’t wait to meet her little girl!

Absence on the blog means more cuddles with my baby girl, outings to the zoo, cooking new recipes and of course… new projects, album catch ups, Crowned Embellishment orders and LOTS of newborns coming this week. baby ella's 1st birthday

Last month we celebrated a beautiful first year with our sweet baby Ella. There are more photographs from her Enchanted Afternoon on my facebook page here, styled by the amazingly talented Bluebird Cotillion. I felt that my heart would burst with love watching her eat that gorgeous cake by Enjoy Cupcakes… we are beyond blessed.
